A group experiment on the topic of misinformation and cognitive bias

Public Equipped with wireless headphones, a group moves through public space, deciding along the way which information and data they trust – and which they don’t. Lügen & Beine (Lies & Legs) sparks meta-thinking and explores the question: How do we make decisions and judgments? How reliable is our internal autopilot? Whether online - through clickbait, ads, or gossip - or offline - through a red traffic light, litter on the street, or the person walking ahead of us - we are constantly assessing, judging, and interpreting the information presented to us. Our brains instinctively rely on reference systems and past experiences, forming decisions in split seconds. In this experience, the group must navigate together, choosing paths, evaluating situations, and questioning information. Just like in real life, their choices have consequences.

Like the performances Wenn nicht jetzt dann gestern and ROOMS, "Lügen & Beine" utilizes wireless headphone technology, enabling playful strategies and dynamic group structures.
